Unlike many dealers you’ve dealt with, Paradise Marine does not have an issue with the “S” word…SERVICE. In fact, our Service Department is the absolute heartbeat of our operation.
Effective boat sales do not exist without a service department that is ready and willing to back the product. Being a family-run operation, you can be assured that we absolutely jump through hoops for our customers. The service is truly ongoing and only begins at the sale.
Our state of the art facility boasts seven large bays, each occupied by a certified marine technician or rigger. Our technicians are factory-trained and have years of schooling under their belts. Our Master Technicians have the proper work space and tools to get the job done.
Paradise Marine is one of the only marine dealers on the Gulf Coast that has a freshwater drive-in test tank on-site. We installed the test tank to boost efficiency and save our customers money. It is quite a tool, and we use it daily. Just another example of why Paradise Marine puts Service first!!
Mobile Service - The Paradise Marine Mobile Service Van offers a convenient service option for customers located at a marina or dry-dock, or who keep their boats on lifts. Our Service Van is fully stocked with parts and operated by one of our certified technicians. Award-winning service on the go!!
Service after the sale is where Paradise Marine separates itself from other marine dealers. Unlike most dealers, we actually want to see you again!! We can’t begin to count the times a customer has given us short notice to get a job done, and with our backs to the wall, we still deliver…salvaging their big family boating weekend. You see, most dealers can offer a product, but they fall short on servicing the product. Loyal customers are earned after the sale, and we realize that. The Sales Department might sell you your first boat, but our Service Department will sell you your next boat.
